Terms and Conditions

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

 

Product Colors

Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colours for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the colour(s) viewed on ones monitor will be an exact match to the actual material colours delivered. Please email customer service at sales@mylinenstore.com.au if you have any questions on our product colours.

 

Product Sizes

All finished sizes for products advertised are based on information provided by the manufacturer of the item, sizes may vary slightly depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing. mylinenstore.com.au and its manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material.

 

Placing Your Order

You can place your order using a secure shopping cart ordering system.

 

Payment

We accept Visa and Master Card payments for credit card payments. Credit cards will be authorized and charged upon receipt of order, some secured credit cards bank issuers may withhold funds upon authorization by mylinenstore.com.au.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Postage quoted is WITHIN Australia only. We adopt a standard postage of AU $ 9.00 for first item & AU $ 4.00 for each additional item.

We use Australia Post Courier service with signature on delivery. Online tracking is provided via this site : http://www.ausposttracking.com.au/
If you are not available to accept delivery, a card will be left, so you can pick it up at the nearest post office.

Most items will ship within 3 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. In addition, please allow up to 4 business days from the day your order has been shipped for Australia Post regular parcel to be delivered within Australia.

Large orders, items which are oversized, overseas shipments may incur additional shipping costs depending on weight of package and can take longer to arrive once shipped.

Overseas postage will be quoted separately. Shipping can take 4 to 10 weeks for delivery depending on method of shipping once shipped.

 

Shipping Status

You may e-mail shipping@mylinenstore.com.au for status inquiries.
Please provide name of person who placed order, name of person item is shipping to, and brief description of items ordered.
Alternatively you can track the delivery progress of your parcel on this site : http://www.ausposttracking.com.au/ - we will provide a tracking number.

 

Receiving Your Order

When you receive your order be sure it is exactly what you ordered and that it fits properly before using or washing, if the item is incorrect please email support@mylinenstore.com.au

 

Warranties

As provided by manufacturers.

 

Damages / Defects / Claims

Returnable items which are defective will be replaced or exchanged. Customer is responsible for the return of the defective item. A full refund will be issued for the item deemed defective if replacement is not possible.
Items for exchange must be in original resaleable condition and not to have been used or washed.

mylinenstore.com.au and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage.

Please e-mail support@mylinenstore.com.au if you have any questions on which items are non returnable or have a restocking fee. Refunds or credits are normally issued within 4 to 10 business days of receipt of return or after inspection of item if required. Upon receipt of any return customer may be charged an additional amount for re-shipping package back to customer if item returned has been used, damaged, washed or is a non-returnable item.

Cancellations

Cancellations will not be accepted once the payment transaction is processed. Please call or e-mail customer service if you have any questions.

Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
If you are in anyway dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organize a refund or an exchange for you, as long as the products are returned in :

  1. Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging
  2. Undamaged
  3. Returned within 20 days of delivery
  4. In a saleable condition upon return.

We'll exchange, refund or credit the value of the item. All shipping costs, packing costs and insurance are non-refundable. All effort should be made to return the goods in as good a condition as possible with all inclusions and labels intact.

Faulty items are regulated by ACCC guidelines and pertinent state laws.
